Accounts Receivables Clerk

Job Description

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role is advantageous. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• • Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Generate and process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Update and maintain customer information in our accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Interact with customers to resolve billing enquiries and discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring they are properly recorded and allocated.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to the finance team.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations to ensure accuracy between accounts and resolve discrepancies.
