Not happy with your purchase? No worries 🙂

Return the item within 14 days of purchase for an exchange

This is on the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase i.e. receipt

  • Items that have been used, worn, opened, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted

  • We will provide a Returns Number for you to note on the packing slip when returning the item

Note: Outer Island returns (Excluding Rarotonga & Aitutaki) will be reviewed on a case by case basis due to the time from date of purchase, receiving the item and returning the item back to a Vonnias store.

  • Notify Vonnias immediately after receiving your items if you intend to return items

Items that cannot be returned

  • Gift vouchers, Mobile Phone top ups
  • Cut items i.e. fabric, rope, hose etc.
  • Food items
  • Lingerie, Swimwear, Underwear & Hosiery
  • Earrings & pierced jewelry
  • Fragrances
  • Cosmetics & Beauty products if the seal is broken
  • Bedding and accessories i.e. mattresses, including air mattresses, linen, and protectors etc. where the seal and/or packaging has been opened
  • CDs, DVDs, opened software, electronic games, headphones
  • Special orders

Faulty items

It is your responsibility to return the item to the store.  If you cannot do so, a pickup/call out can be arranged for a fee.  The fee will be payable at the time of the pickup/call out or if the item is deemed faulty, the fee will be refunded.

 A Vonnias representative will assess your item instore and confirm the item as faulty

  • The item will be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • If unrepairable, the item will be replaced
  • If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be processed

No item will be immediately accepted.
