Shipping Policy

Status of Orders

All orders finalised before 12pm are considered on-the-day orders. All orders finalised after 12pm are considered following-day orders. An order is finalised when payment has been received or the order has been charged through to an approved customer account.

Rarotonga Orders

Delivery: Deliveries will only be made to locations with identifiable signage for ease of locating delivery point such as businesses and organisations with known locations.

When we receive an order, we will validate the order and delivery will be made by our team. We intend to prepare and deliver all products within 3 business working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), from the time of us confirming finalisation of the order. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

Pickup: Orders can be picked up from our Warehouse store on St Joseph’s road. We intend to have your order ready for pickup within 1-2 business working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), from the time of us confirming finalisation of the order. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Outer Island Orders

Air / Sea Freight: All deliveries via Air / Sea Freight will have a freight charge attached. Freight is chargeable based on the freight provider’s current rate and is subject to dimensions and weight variables. Freight must be prepaid prior to delivery to Air Raro or the ports, and is subject to the freight provider’s cargo schedule.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any products damaged in transit.
