Sales & Stock Associate
Full-time position
Stock associates are tasked with receiving and checking products in a store and preparing them for sale. They ensure that the correct goods are received, processed, and stored according to company rules. In addition, they are responsible for pricing and facing all offerings in a store.
Job Description
The main responsibility of a Sales & Stock Associate is to ensure that inventory gets out on the sales floor in good condition as quickly as possible. This role combines Sales & Stock control for our STIHL counter. To be successful in this role you must have a willingness to learn and have a “Team Player” attitude.
Responsibilities
-
- Assisting customers with sales, restocking, rotating, displaying and storage of stock including stock takes.
- Completion of point of sales transactions, balancing and reconciling cash
- Requires heavy involvement with maintaining stock levels including the implementation of an effective system for stock control of parts and job tracking specific to all the workshop merchandise.
- Assisting the store supervisor
